Hi I am Louise. I created FITTRIBE to create a space for people to exercise in a safe and encouraging environment. With a special interest in Pre & Post Natal exercise, my first priority was to provide affordable exercise classes for women with children where childcare would not be a barrier.

FITTRIBE is a lively community of fitness enthusiasts of all levels. Exercise classes include Pre & Post Natal circuits, HIIT, Tabata, Bootcamp and more. Personal Training options include ‘Bring a babe PT’ ‘Buddy PT’ and 1:1 coaching. FITTRIBE delivers expert advice regarding Pre & Post Natal exercise and Pelvic Floor health & rehabilitation. With an online running community and free run recovery sessions there is plenty for everyone.

Group exercise sessions are designed to provide a full body functional workout that will build strength, endurance and overall fitness. I teach specialist Pre and Post Natal circuits where women can bring their babies and children. In a Personal Training session you will complete a workout tailored to your individual needs. ‘Buddy PT’ and ‘Bring a babe PT’ options are also available meaning that there is an affordable option for everyone and childcare need not be a worry.

All FITTRIBE services are available in person and online meaning that you can join in from wherever you are. Based in Wetherby, my gym is easily accessible from nearby Harrogate, Leeds and York as well as the immediately local area. Online sessions provide a highly flexible and time effective option for those leading busy lives or unable to get to my fitness facility.

About Me

I am passionate about providing a safe, encouraging and motivating space for people to exercise in, that is free from ego or judgement.

Specialising in functional fitness I aim to educate and equip my clients with the knowledge and skills required to train effectively and to develop and maintain healthier life long habits.

Functional fitness consists mostly of movements which use multiple muscle groups at once and therefore compliments your daily activities, personal interests and hobbies and provides longevity supporting you through various stages of life.

Fittribe was created while I was on maternity leave following the birth of my second child. I wanted to provide a safe space for Pre & Post Natal women to exercise, make friends and be their own priority for a while.

Since this time FITTRIBE has grown and we now have a lovely community online as well.

Online training is convenient & flexible. Being part of a community provides accountability, motivation and support. Unlike pre recorded content, an interactive online training session leaves room for the personal touches which lead to greater results.
