Classes are ideal for those who like to exercise in the company of others or are looking for an affordable and effective way to achieve their fitness and body goals. 

My classes are designed to provide a full body workout. I want to help people to look and feel better, function well and to remain active for as long as possible.

Each class has a different focus. For example; we may place an additional emphasis on core strength, hip mobility, arms, back, chest, cardiovascular fitness or endurance. This means that you will not get bored and are always challenged.

Our class timetable includes an option for everyone who may be joining with any level of current fitness. From complete beginner, through pregnancy and for more experienced athletes.

Group exercise is cost effective, motivating and offers a sense of community. 

I have a regular timetable including Pre and Post Natal specific circuits, HIIT training, Tabata and interval training sessions, Bootcamps and more. Suitable modifications are made available to accommodate individual needs, protect from injury and promote healthy progress.

You can choose from a class online or in person. Classes range from 20 minutes to 1 hour, meaning that even the busiest amongst us can find time to fit their workouts in. You can even bring your children so childcare is not a problem.


Pre and Post Natal circuits

When FITTRIBE was just an idea, my vision was to be able to effectively provide Pre and Post Natal women with a safe, encouraging and non judgemental space in which to exercise and find time for themselves to be a priority.

I’m thrilled to have been able to achieve this.

This class is suitable for women throughout each stage of their pregnancy and beyond. A combination of resistance and cardiovascular exercise will provide a full body workout, improving functional strength, mobility and overall fitness.

Suitable modifications are provided to ensure your safety and to provide an effective workout that is stage appropriate. This is always important and especially so in the Pre Natal and early Post Natal phase.

As a mother, ‘mum guilt’ can get in the way of a workout and self care in general. The issue of childcare is always a factor contributing to inactivity. In this class you can bring your baby or child. I provide play space, mats and toys to keep them happy. I will give them them cuddles, their bottle or help them to nod off if its nap time. All while you workout.

The class environment is stimulating and fun for your baby who will have the opportunity to socialise and play while you workout. Seeing you exercise teaches your child the importance of this kind of activity from their early years. Taking time to prioritise your needs and wellbeing teaches your child that this is also an important skill and they are more likely to maintain an active future.

Being selfless 100% of the time can lead to physical & emotional stress. Practicing self care can teach your child the importance of lifestyle balance and promote a healthy relationship with exercise.


HIIT training

High Intensity Interval Training is a form of interval training which alternates periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.

Interval duration can vary and intervals may include resistance and cardiovascular movement.


You can do anything for 20 seconds right?

This is my favourite kind of HIIT training. In Tabata each exercise lasts for 4 minutes. Efforts of 20 seconds are followed by 10 seconds of recovery and completed 8 times.

Tabata is great if you are short on time. This session is over before you know it and you’ll feel a real sense of achievement.

Our guest coaches bring with them a variety of backgrounds and experience. What our guest coaches have in common is that they are all motivating, respectful and kind. They are excellent teachers with oodles of enthusiasm.  

Guest coach classes many include Bootcamp, Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, strength and conditioning.
