I am here to share my ideas, experiences, current research, information and access to resources that will enhance your personal fitness journey.

I believe that fitness is a whole body thing! That we must sometime strive to achieve great results, but that we must also find balance and take time to restore.

I have had the priviledge to meet some wonderful professionals and to learn from, be inspired and encouraged by them.

The many clients I have met in my years as a fitness professional are wonderfully inquisitive and committed. Part of my commitment to them is to ensure that I am constantly evolving to meet their needs and that I am always learning and growing myself persoanlly and as a business in order to provide an exceptional service that is also great value for money.

With this blog, I hope to be able to bring all of this together.

Entries about Pre & Post Natal exercise, Pelvic Floor health, running, motivation, community, emotional wellbeing, nutrition and balance will all appear in my blog. I welcome interaction and your requests and suggestions for content. I hope that both FITTRIBE members and guests will enjoy this. They say ‘knowledge is power’, and I want my readers to feel empowered, confident and inspired.

I hope that this blog will help to grow our online community and that you will hopefully share your findings with friends, family and colleagues.

In the beginning, an online fitness platform was never part of my plan, in fact the idea terrified me, but I have been surprised to find that I love this side of things just as much as getting together with my local community of members.
